The course emphasizes on intensive theoretical and applied practical training in core areas of fashion management, fashion marketing, global fashion industry and other components of fashion value chain. It provides students with a strong foundation in the fashion business by encompassing both design and commercial strategies students will learn and apply various marketing techniques including advertising, public relations, sales promotion, merchandising, retail branding, product costing and fashion industry analysis. This comprehensive approach nurtures the creativity of the budding designer and provides students with the retail knowledge of the marketer. After this qualification, students are ready to join the export and import garment industries, accessories makers and other fashion segments as Buyers, Merchandisers, production manager, coordinators, product developers, quality controllers and many more.
