Automated System Communication
At NIME, all student facilities record and communication are automated. The system uses SMS as primary and real time communication mode. Library, club activities, assignments, seminars, classes and events information is communicated through SMS. These initiatives facilitate students with first hand, instant announcements regarding all the proceedings at the campus.

Classrooms
The classrooms at NIME are more of 'inspirational rooms' than merely classrooms. The institute facilitates students with the state of the art and technologically advanced inspiration rooms. This facility is equipped with hi tech electronic audiovisual capabilities and centralized air-conditioning. These are designed and built to inspire students to learn, be focused and creative.

Learning Resource Center
The NIME Library houses a collection of Books, Research material, Videos, DVDs, sound recordings and several Journals. This stock extensively covers all the subjects offered by NIME.

LRC offers high speed networked PCs for student use. These are linked to the Internet, Intranet and other electronic information services as well as a range of standard software packages, and these facilities are being updated daily. The campus offers state of the art wireless Internet (WI-FI) connection to all the students for free.

Accommodation
The institute offers housing service to students who require accommodation. The institute operates a student hostel facility; students can choose to live in these managed properties if they prefer them to rented accommodation. In this case, accommodation fee has to be paid during your admissions in order to book your place in the property.

Support for students with disabilities
NIME administration is sensitive towards differently-abled students. The admissions officer can provide special facilities to support them in all possible means.
