In pursuit of national contribution, NIME has set up the "Center for Management Research" for enhancement of intellectual capital of the nation. Research will also create an environment needed for excellence in teaching and learning in addition to innovation. It will facilitate professors, scholars and students at NIME to undertake experiments and research in the area of Management. The research at CMR will include contemporary problems and finding solutions to enhance living.

There is a strong positive correlation between the level of entrepreneurial activities in a country and economic growth. Entrepreneurs and the businesses they create and generate employment, boost the nation's GDP and enhance its knowledge capital.

NIME believes in developing its students into entrepreneurs's than merely employable candidates - thus contributing to the national economic development and individual empowerment of our students.

All students at the institute will compulsorily undertake NIME Entrepreneurship Development Program along with their respective academic subjects. EDP will equip students with all the skills necessary for creation and management of new businesses.
