• To provide you with an opportunity to work on contemporary business problems in cooperation with the leading businesses and organizations.
• To foster a mutual understanding between you and the host companies regarding job opportunities and requirements.

Management consulting is a highly demanding and stimulating field which is growing rapidly. If you’re interested in pursuing these consulting careers, then you will gain an insight of the industry and its practices with exceptional preparation for both internal and external consulting positions. In the process you will acquire strong consulting skills combined with a solid foundation through Enterprise Management Consulting Project.

Enterprise Management Consulting Project is the culmination of core courses, it provides you with an opportunity to apply your knowledge and skills in problems which the host organization identifies and requires investigation.

It is a 4-week period during which you will get an opportunity to be absorbed by the host companies for full time employment. Under this period students will work and analyze the issues and generate recommendations.

As a part of EMCP, all student teams will meet with an advisory board composed of local business leaders several times throughout the tenure. Most EMCPs are within multinational firms in Bangalore. There are also some opportunities to do projects in other cities in India or abroad. If you choose to do them, you will have mobility around the globe.
