Working with recruiters is one of the top priorities of DPCD (Department of Personal and Career Development team), in order to build strong relationships with global recruiters and ease your access with them.

A Profile Book is created and sent to prospective companies to optimize your exposure to key recruiters. In addition, an online CV search platform is provided to allow the companies to find your profile. The online job-posting platform is another tool provided by the DPCD team.

On-campus recruitment is one of the key elements of the service we provide you; corporate presentations and recruitment fairs take place at NIME and a number of on- campus interviews are organised. Our dedicated DPCD team is here to support and advise you on all aspects of your job search through individual careers advising sessions, working closely with you to set your career goals and achieve your aims.

A series of Career Development Workshops throughout the year minutely covers the process of: career planning, researching, CV and cover letter writing, interviewing, negotiating and accepting a job offer. DPCD teams deliver these with specialist consultants with sector expertise or employer organizations. Specialist career resources are available to assist you in: online corporate databases, electronic MBA career resources, careers related literature, and business press and directories.
